So, we’re seeing lots of violence and scary things out and about lately. The most recent is Cuba, which might actually be free again in the near future.
On top of that, you have “The Fourth Turning” that some are talking about. They say that every 250 years there are revolutions that go against globalism and toward liberty.
And here we are, right at the confluence.
Your prompt is to tell the tale of someone during a revolution!
Maybe you’re a kid in America during the Revolutionary War. Maybe you’re a French sailor and you’re about to start a fight for your own revolution. Maybe you’re with Martin Luther during the Reformation, which was a revolution. Or maybe you’re going to write the tale of someone going through a revolution today.
Or, maybe you’re the wife of a soldier who was killed in the revolution. Maybe you’re the husband of a woman who was taken away by the government for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe you’re the father of a family that you saw die during a terror bombing.
Revolutions are scary, tons of things happen, it can be hard to know who’s on your side. As such, this prompt is very open-ended.
I hope this prompt gets y’all thinking! It’s free to use however you will. Maybe it could be worth making a Kindle Vella series on it…
